DUE TO THE PANDEMIC GOING ON OUR TEAM HERE AT Geno's Auto Body Inc. WOULD LIKE TO ASSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THAT WE UNDERSTAND THIS A HARD TIME AND WE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT WORK EASIER IF POSSIBLE. REGARDING ANY DEDUCTIBLES PLEASE SPEAK WITH ONE OF OUR TEAM MEMBERS AND SEE WHAT WE CAN OFFER FOR YOU! THANK YOU.

At Geno's Auto Body Inc., the safety and health of our customers and team members is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the peace and tranquility in your life means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, team mates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy. Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our team members will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork through Docusign if preferred.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed among the detail process.

Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.

If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your healthcare provider.

En Geno's Auto Body Inc., la seguridad y salud de nuestros clientes y compañeros de equipo es nuestra principal prioridad. Continuaremos siguiendo las indicaciones de los CDC y los funcionarios de salud pública locales mientras ajustamos nuestras prácticas empresariales a fin de abordar los desafíos actuales.

  • Los centros se limpian y desinfectan dos veces al día.
  • Nuestros compañeros de equipo respetarán su espacio y lo recibirán amigablemente sin un apretón de manos. Permitiremos un espacio adecuado entre nuestros compañeros de equipo y clientes (3 a 6 pies) durante interacciones en persona.
  • Solicitamos que todos los clientes retiren todos los artículos personales de los vehículos al entregarlos.
  • Proporcionaremos documentación digital si así lo prefiere.

As a young adult Geno Lozano always had a strong passion with cars, his interest started at 17 years old and with supportive parents he was able to confidently move into the car industry , with a lot of hard work and dedication he started to build relationships with customers, restore confidence and provide outstanding customer service.   • Selena Lozano - General Manager

    Selena has joined the family owned buisness beside her father Geno Lozano. She’s been surrounded by the automotive industry all her life and joining the team she's been a great asset. She is the oldest of the Lozano kids and has been able to really see this company grow from the ground up beside her family. She understands the value of customer satisfaction and the importance it is to build relationships with our customers to really make them part of this company. She understands the process needed to provide high repair quality and is constantly looking for ways to better enhance the customer experience and help the company stay up to date with the best machinery an auto body can offer helping us with all the upcoming enhances and technologies in newer vehicles. Both her and her father have a close relationship and are glad to be working beside each other and cannot wait to see what the future holds for Geno's Auto Body Inc..
